Data Entry Executive - ERP Modernisation Project

Detmold Group, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a Data Entry Executive to join our ERP Modernisation Project within the Group Commercial team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry of parts, inventory and associated areas across all companies.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurate data entry of parts and related data for all companies.

· Support the new product creation process across the group.

· Proactively manage and respond in a timely manner relating to change requests and deviations to parts.

· Conduct system checks and review exception reports to maintain data accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications & Skills

· Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry speed and accuracy.

· Advanced/Intermediate computing skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite.

· Excellent English comprehension (written and spoken).

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently, with resilience in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience in a data entry or data management role.

· Proactive communication.

· High level of personal integrity.

Desirable Attributes

· Multilingual skills would be considered favourably (preferably Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese).

· Experience in manufacturing data entry

· Strong customer service and communication skills.
