We’re seeking a Product Designer to help shape the future of packaging. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate in Industrial or Product Design (or equivalent) to kickstart their career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop innovative packaging solutions and prototypes.
• Create and manipulate 2D and 3D CAD files to bring concepts to life.
• Lead innovation for key accounts, engaging directly with customers.
• Produce high-quality paper and board packaging prototypes using advanced equipment.
• Work across a suite of business systems including ArtiosCAD, WebCenter, Print IQ, Salesforce, QAD, DetInform, and Adobe Suite.
• Operate prototyping tools such as the Kongsberg Cutting Table, 3D Printer, and Vacuum Former.
• Learn product estimating to understand the commercial impact of design decisions.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• A degree in Industrial/Product Design or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to translate 2D concepts into 3D prototypes.
• Advanced digital skills, especially in 2D/3D CAD platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

Desirable:

• Experience with packaging-specific CAD platforms.
• Exposure to packaging design and/or manufacturing environments.
