Administration Coordinator – National Accounts

We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to provide proactive and professional support to our National Accounts team. About the Role
As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our National Accounts customers. Working closely with the Customer Service Specialists and Business Development Managers, you’ll help maintain PaperPak’s reputation for excellence by coordinating processes, managing customer requests, and supporting the team in achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate services for nominated key accounts and provide backup support across the National Accounts portfolio.
- Manage internal and external delivery of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, proactively resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Process customer orders, credit claims, and manage account reconciliations.
- Support new product development processes, including samples, artwork, and item setup.
- Maintain accurate pricing, forecasting, and stock management using Salesforce and other systems.
- Prepare customer presentations, reports, and assist with RFQ submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production to deliver superior service.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in building credible relationships and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with data management systems (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage).
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results.
