Raw Material Handler – Packaging Manufacturing

Are you looking for secure, long-term employment in a growing manufacturing business? We’re seeking a Raw Material Handler to join our packaging production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things right, works safely, and wants to step up and make a difference.

What you’ll do:

• Safely issue raw materials to machines using forklift or grab forklift.
• Unload trucks, check documentation, and ensure HACCP standards are met.
• Keep the store organized, rotate stock, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Communicate material shortages well in advance.
• Complete delivery dockets, inspection sheets, and system updates.
• Support production and purchasing teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• Current forklift license (essential).
• Strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
• Ability to work across all shifts (after training)
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to doing the job well.
• Ability to work in a manual, fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
