The Opportunity:

We are now looking for an experienced and qualified Electrical Leading Hand to join our Kewdale Workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and coaching production staff, scheduling workloads, and coordinating materials in the department to ensure products are delivered on time and completed to budget.

The Electrical Leading Hand will also play a key role in promoting and developing staff competencies, OHS good practice, and improving quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enhance and develop their career and leadership skills.

What We're Looking For:

Your natural ability to perform work to a high standard, and willingness to work closely with your team will be complemented by the following:

• Electrical trade qualifications.
• Previous experience leading a multi-disciplined team.
• Electrical Supervisors' Competency (Advantageous).
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, holding safety as a core value.
• Excellent communication, job management and leadership skills.
• Self-motivation and flexibility to meet deadlines, operational changes, and customer requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and service orientation.
