About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Administrator to join our dynamic People Team, based at Tomago Head Office. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations, providing high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, driving system and process improvements, and ensuring our people experience is seamless from start to finish.
You’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Coordinators, Recruitment, Payroll, and leaders across the business, all while helping us continuously improve the way we support and empower our people.
This role will be offered as a 12-month fixed-term (or short-term) contract, with the possibility of review or extension at the end of the term. Full-time or part-time will also be considered.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across HR systems.
- Coordinate employee changes, reviews, and compliance activities in partnership with HR, Payroll, and leaders.
- Identify and support improvements to HR systems, processes, and reporting to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist with key People programs such as engagement surveys, workforce planning, remuneration reviews, and benefits initiatives.

You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or related support role - desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with HR systems - desirable
