Join Adbri as a People & Culture Advisor. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, this new position provides a career development opportunity in a large global business will see you delivering HR support to our leaders across our South Australian, Northern Territory, and Victorian sites. In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will help drive P&C activities across the business, support P&C lifecycle processes, manage performance cases, conduct workplace investigations, implement employee engagement and DEI initiatives, and assist with enterprise agreement negotiations.

Responsibilities
- Support leaders with HR/IR advice across investigations, performance management, development activities and ensure the consistent application of P&C policies.
- Drive employee engagement through recognition programs, survey coordination, and supporting the implementation of action plans.
- Deliver timely, accurate and value‑adding HR services that enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate closely with P&C Centres of Excellence ie, IR, Talent Acquisition, and Organisational Capability, as well as Payroll.
- Support broader P&C projects and enterprise agreement negotiations.
- Support people integration activities associated with our recent acquisitions in SA and Victoria.

Technical Skills & Experience
- Degree in HR or equivalent and HR experience gained from working in a complex organisation.
- Generalist HR knowledge.
- Experience handling IR‑related matters such as grievances, and case management.
- Analytical capability to interpret data, identify trends and support sound decision‑making.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, presentations and business documentation.
