About the role

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Project Administrator to join our growing team in Jandakot. This is a hands-on role supporting project and operations teams in a fast-paced environment where initiative and ownership are key.

If you're a self-starter who thrives on structure, loves solving problems, and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done — this is your opportunity to shine.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a project administration role
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP, MS Project as well as scheduling work crews (desirable), and the Microsoft Office Suite (essential)
