About the role

We’re seeking a proactive Project Support Officer to join our team at our Pakenham depot to deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across projects.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Provide project support including creation of files, handover documentation, and invoicing
  • Manage correspondence with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records such as asset registers, tool lists, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and assist with guest inductions
  • Deliver specialist administration tasks and support team members as required
  • Assist with SAP processes including purchase orders, goods receipting, and month end data
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

About You

The successful applicant will have previous experience in an administration or project support role, demonstrate a friendly and professional manner, be highly organised and detail-oriented, and feel confident using technology to streamline processes.

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel essential)
  • Experience with SAP highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
