The Opportunity
Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making, equity in the workplace, and creating meaningful employee experiences? WSP is seeking a dynamic Remuneration & Benefits Analyst to join our People team and help shape the future of compensation and benefits across our organisation.
As a trusted advisor to our People team and line managers, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely, and secure remuneration insights. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, support equity initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
You’ll also be instrumental in enhancing our employee benefits programs—making them more accessible, engaging, and aligned with what matters most to our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual and mid-year remuneration reviews with precision and confidentiality
- Analyse compensation data to support gender pay equity and strategic planning
- Manage incentive and bonus programs with accuracy and compliance
- Administer and improve our Employee Share Purchase Plan, including global coordination
- Respond to remuneration benchmarking queries and advise stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Modern Awards through regular reviews and reporting
- Collaborate with external benefit providers to deliver wellbeing initiatives
- Publish engaging content and host webinars to promote benefit offerings
- Maintain and configure compensation software modules
- Prepare ad hoc reports and contribute to remuneration projects
What you bring
- A degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in analysis and reporting, ideally with remuneration data
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking
- Impeccable attention to detail and data integrity
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Experience delivering training or information sessions
