With a strong pipeline of work and momentum building for the next four years, we’re expanding nationally—particularly in Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast. We’ve also recently opened offices in Townsville and Cairns, creating opportunities for engineers who want to deliver projects in these local areas.

Whether you’re a hands-on technical expert or a strategic thinker ready to influence large-scale infrastructure projects, there’s a role for you.

About You

You’re not just a great engineer—you’re a changemaker. You bring:

• A degree in Civil, Environmental, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• CPEng (or working towards it – RPEQ a plus)
• Strong experience in the Australian water industry (utilities, treatment systems, or modelling) and/or power and energy sector (renewables, generation, transmission & distribution)
• Technical expertise across water or power, and energy infrastructure
• Strategic problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• A mindset that challenges the status quo and seeks smarter, sustainable solutions
• Risk awareness and proactive mitigation strategies
• Passion for sustainability, resilience, and social impact
• Familiarity with modelling software and analytical tools
