WSP Australia is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Brisbane team. Why this role matters

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of electrical design for complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You’ll lead small to medium-sized projects, mentor others, and build strong client relationships – all while helping shape the future of our Building Services team.

What you’ll do

• Lead with expertise: Drive electrical design for projects across sectors like transport (faster rail), data centres, defence, civic infrastructure, and Olympic venues.
• Own the delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Be the connector: Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, and uncover new opportunities.
• Shape the future: Contribute to strategic growth and innovation within our business unit.

What you bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10+ years’ experience in building services projects (consulting environment preferred).
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects across diverse sectors.
• Strong client management and project leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC).
