About the Unit

The Learning Design and Teaching Innovation unit supports academic staff to provide innovative and engaging learning experiences for students.

LDTI offer curriculum design support, pedagogical advice and training, high quality resource creation. The unit also administers, and manages the ongoing evolution of, the University’s virtual learning environment.

With a passion for supporting quality teaching and learning, you will have the opportunity to engage in university-wide projects.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with key academic staff and other members of the Learning Design and Teaching Innovation team.
  • Focus on curriculum design and constructive alignment, as well as the design of assessment strategies for a variety of delivery modes.
  • Support academics in teaching and learning in a wide range of ways to apply educational best practice.

There are two positions available, one continuing position and one year fixed term. Both positions are full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $102,667 FTE +17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
