 The Role:

Delivery of end-to-end services and insight-led solutions that will power our customer experiences and achieve our commercial goals. With a focus on developing deep expertise in utilising the capabilities of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud core platform and integrated ecosystem to deliver an optimised and personalised world-class customer experience.

Your focus will include:

  • Getting your hands dirty in the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ‘Einstein’ function to drive relevant product experiences for our customers.
  • Using a data-driven approach to optimise the on-site search experience to help our customers find what they’re looking for with ease.
  • Working collaboratively with our key brands (BCF, SCA and rebel) to support campaigns, initiatives, and to bring the best customer experiences to life leveraging core platform capabilities.
  • Utilise data obtained from customer feedback and analytics to optimise the customer experience
  • Delivering on the CVP by optimising the personalised experience across all stages of the customer journey using personalisation and segmentation capabilities
  • Optimising the platform & ecosystem capability
  • Utilising data obtained from customer feedback and analytics to optimise the customer experience
  • Contribute to the delivery of the platform roadmap by testing new functionality and ensuring maximum value is derived from our existing assets and technologies.
  • Collaborating with the e-Commerce team, Brand Marketing and Category Teams working within the Group Omni function as part of the Omni UX Team.

About You:

  • You will bring strong customer experience working in ecommerce or retail background
  • Your ability to communicate effectively is evident in your track record of building effective relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business 
  • Able to prioritise and manage tasks & expectations from multiple departments within the business
  • Experienced in optimising and developing seamless customer journeys through personalised merchandising of products
  • Able to analyse and interpret data to make sound customer driven decisions 
  • Willing to offer up new ideas, act on them and present insights to the business

 Systems experience:

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience (desirable)
  • Experience in managing an e-Commerce CMS
