About the Role… Reporting into the Profit Protection team, you'll lead loss performance and inventory integrity across your brand. Partnering with Operations, Merchandise, Supply Chain and Finance, you'll drive initiatives that reduce shrink, improve stock accuracy, strengthen controls and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes. 

What You'll Be Doing…

• Lead the Profit Protection Strategy - Drive your brand's loss performance agenda by translating Group strategy into actionable plans, governance frameworks and measurable outcomes that improve profitability and operational performance.
• Deliver Commercial Impact - Use data, trends and root-cause analysis to identify loss drivers, improve stock accuracy and availability, and implement initiatives that deliver tangible P&L benefits.
• Optimise Inventory & Stock Integrity - Lead stocktake and inventory improvement programs, ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting and sustainable solutions that improve inventory integrity across stores and supply chain operations.
• Influence Cross-Functional Change - Partner with Operations, Merchandise, Supply Chain, Finance and Brand Leadership teams to align priorities, remove barriers and drive coordinated action.
• Strengthen Controls & Investigations - Support compliance, governance and investigations activity while identifying risks, improving controls and ensuring effective prevention strategies are embedded across the business.
• Drive Continuous Improvement - Lead trials, pilots and innovative solutions that simplify processes, improve ways of working and deliver lasting improvements in loss reduction and stock protection. 

What You'll Bring…

• Commercial & Operational Acumen - Strong experience in retail operations, loss prevention, inventory management, finance, commercial analysis or profit protection, with the ability to link actions to business outcomes.
• Influencing Leadership - A confident communicator who can engage, challenge and influence stakeholders across leadership teams, driving accountability and results.
• Analytical Problem Solving - Ability to interpret complex data, identify root causes and develop practical solutions that improve performance and profitability.
• Project & Change Management - Experience leading initiatives, pilots and cross-functional programs that deliver sustainable operational improvements.
• Governance & Risk Management - Strong understanding of controls, compliance, process governance and operational risk within a large or complex environment.
• Adaptability & Travel - Flexible and comfortable working across a geographically dispersed business, with the ability to travel as required to support stores, supply chain operations and key stakeholders.
