What you’ll be doing…You’ll play a key role in supporting our Group Services business units with analysis, insights, and reporting. Working closely with experienced leaders, you’ll learn how to: 

• Support financial planning – help prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Deliver insights – contribute to reporting that drives business decisions.
• Analyse performance – assist in monitoring results and spotting opportunities.
• Support improvements – explore ways to make processes more efficient and impactful.
• Grow commercially – learn how finance partners with the business to maximise value. 

What you’ll bring…We’re not expecting years of experience – this is a role for someone at the start of their commercial career. What matters most is your mindset: curiosity, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or business projects (through study, internships, or entry-level roles).
• Great communication skills with the ability to explain numbers simply.
• An eagerness to build your commercial and analytical skillset.
