- Keep the Business Moving: Own the corporate calendar, forward planning, and coordination of key business milestones across the year, from strategy and budgeting cycles to leadership offsites.
- Bring Insights to Life: Coordinate and craft executive-level reporting, including the Group MD (CEO)’s Board Report and key strategic updates, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and influence at every level.
- Enable Performance: Partner with the COO to support strategic initiatives in operating model and organisational design — applying sound judgment and analytical thinking to improve execution.
- Lead with Purpose: Manage and develop the COO Team Assistant and lead the Reception Teams across Strathpine and Rhodes offices, ensuring exceptional service and consistency in delivery.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance communication, and continuously improve how the Executive Team operates.
