As a CRM Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in how we engage, reward and inspire our loyal customers across Australia and New Zealand. Bring your data-driven creativity to life and help us connect with millions of loyal customers in the max term contract opportunity until June 2026 (opportunities to extend may be available).

What you’ll do:

  • Create and execute targeted CRM and loyalty campaigns that connect customers to the brands they love.
  • Build and optimise customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — using segmentation, triggers, and automation to deliver the right message at the right time.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital, and Technology teams to deliver seamless and impactful campaigns.
  • Champion data accuracy and privacy, ensuring all customer interactions are compliant and trustworthy.
  • Analyse results and share insights that drive continuous improvement and smarter marketing decisions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a CRM, digital, or technology-focused marketing role (or transferable experience).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work independently.
  • Confidence working with customer data, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of CRM best practices, data privacy, and digital marketing.
  • A curious mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in CRM and marketing technology.
