The primary objective of the Workplace Relations team is to manage employment related risks in order to create and maintain a compliance focused environment where our team members enjoy the benefits and entitlements of their employment with Super Retail Group, and the Group maintains limited liability in employment related matters. The Workplace Relations team provides value by delivering expertise grounded in modern practices underpinned by current legislation to support the delivery of group strategy and divisional initiatives that support the delivery of the divisional strategy.
This position provides case management services to Super Retail Group People Leaders by providing timely and pragmatic advice, guidance, and support, on reported issues of misconduct and breaches of SRG’s policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for building capability of people leaders in SRG by coaching and guiding them on the use of HR tools and services.

The Opportunity…As an Employee Relations Case Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner and coach to our People Leaders, providing timely, pragmatic, and solutions-focused advice on a range of employment and conduct matters. You’ll guide leaders through case management and build their confidence in applying HR policies and processes.
You’ll be part of a passionate team, collaborating in the Strathpine office on Mondays with the flexibility to work 2 other days from home (if desired).

- Be the Trusted Advisor: Provide clear, practical advice that supports fair, timely, and confident decision-making.
- Empower Our Leaders: Coach and guide leaders on HR tools, systems, and best-practice processes to build capability and confidence.
- Turn Data into Insight: Maintain accurate case records and reporting to identify trends, themes, and opportunities for improvement.
