This is not your typical “manager” role. As Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations, you’ll operate at the heart of oOh!media’s strategic agenda, working directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to influence decisions that shape the future of our business.
You’ll be the trusted advisor and execution partner for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between vision and delivery. This role demands exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the annual enterprise strategy and planning process, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organisation.
- Partner with the CEO and ELT to support Board cadence and operational rhythm.
- Lead high-impact strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth.
- Build sophisticated models and dashboards, analyse trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop operational capabilities and scalable processes that enable efficiency and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience in strategy and operations, ideally from top-tier consulting, investment banking, or similar executive-level environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver outcomes in complex, fast-moving contexts.
- Strong strategic mindset with commercial depth and analytical rigour.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity.
