We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Data Analyst to support a major HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in complex data environments, enjoys solving problems at scale, and is energised by delivering high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑moving project setting. If you’ve worked across multiple HRIS migrations, have hands‑on data transformation expertise, and know what it takes to deliver clean, accurate and secure employee data into systems like Workday, this role will give you the perfect platform to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal data teams, HR, IT and external vendors to extract, transform and migrate HR and payroll data into our new HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance platforms. You’ll lead the development of data mapping, validation and migration strategies while helping establish long‑term HRIS data governance standards that ensure accuracy, compliance and ongoing operational excellence. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership position where your expertise will directly shape the success of one of our most important transformation programs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Extract, clean and transform HR and payroll data for migration into the new Workday‑enabled HRIS, payroll and time & attendance systems
  • Develop robust data mapping, validation and migration strategies across multiple HR systems
  • Identify data discrepancies and ensure integrity, consistency and accuracy across all sources
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, vendors and cybersecurity teams
  • Support reporting and analytics needs throughout the transformation
  • Contribute to building long‑term HRIS data governance frameworks and standards
  • Help ensure compliance with data security, privacy and risk management requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Data analysis experience, ideally across HRIS or ERP
  • Expertise in SQL, ETL tools and data transformation techniques
  • Experience with HRIS platforms — Workday experience highly regarded, along with SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, Oracle HCM, ADP or similar
  • Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security principles
  • Ability to work confidently with large datasets and ensure data consistency
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based reporting and data management tools

Our benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary package
  • A positive, supportive workplace culture
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
