About the opportunity:

We’re now seeking a Product Specialist – Billboards to help drive internal excellence, uplift capability, and empower our sales organisation to deliver winning outcomes for our Billboard portfolio.

You’ll play a key role within our Product Sales function, supporting the business with consistent product fundamentals, sales enablement tools, MOVE expertise, and day‑to‑day product guidance.

This is an internally focused role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Data, Marketing, Product Ops and our National Product Director to ensure our teams are confident, capable, and equipped to win.

You’ll be the go‑to expert for Billboard product support — helping ensure our offering is understood, positioned correctly, and applied with clarity and consistency across the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build internal capability by ensuring Sales understands Billboard fundamentals, best‑practice use cases and MOVE application
  • Develop and maintain product tools, playbooks, FAQs and training materials
  • Provide day‑to‑day product support, including guidance on briefs and internal responses
  • Support internal training, workshops and capability uplift across Sales
  • Assist with rollout of product initiatives and GTM activity
  • Partner with key teams (Sales, Product Ops, Data, Marketing) to ensure consistent tools and messaging
  • Help improve understanding and adoption of internal systems and tools like MOVE and oOh! Plan

What You’ll Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a blend of analytical thinking, communication strength and a passion for supporting others. We're looking for:

  • 5 years’ experience in media, product support, media sales or sales enablement (OOH highly advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of media planning & measurement, especially within OOH
  • MOVE fluency and confidence applying data to build strong sales narratives
  • Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical audiences
  • A collaborative, pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
  • Comfort working within defined scope and processes
  • Proactive problem‑solving and willingness to flag risks or gaps early
