About the opportunity:

The Client Partnership Executive is crucial to the success of reo’s retail media sales function. This role ensures best-in-class campaign delivery, operational rigour, and a consistently high-quality client experience.

Working closely with Sales Leads, Ad Operations, Creative Operations, Marketing, and Customer Category & Marketing teams, this position focuses on pre- and post-sale execution support, workflow integrity, and campaign performance. It is a sales enablement and client delivery role that supports client partnerships through accurate campaign setup, proactive coordination, and disciplined CRM and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Partnership & Sales Enablement

  • Support client relationships by acting as a trusted delivery partner to Sales Leads.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients during campaign delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Enable fast, accurate, and reliable responses to reduce friction and support repeat investment.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Coordinate and manage campaign setup across the sales process, including system and tool use for platform delivery.
  • Work closely with Ad Operations, Ad Creative, and Customer teams to confirm bookings, manage timelines, and proactively resolve delivery issues.
  • Monitor live campaigns in partnership with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns deliver as booked and communicate progress to clients.
  • Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of risks or changes to campaign delivery.

CRM & Process Ownership

  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records for all supported accounts and campaigns.
  • Ensure briefs, bookings, campaign changes, and post-campaign outcomes are documented correctly.
  • Act as a custodian of CRM hygiene within the sales pod, supporting internal visibility, reporting, and data confidence.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign and sales workflows through disciplined execution.

Reporting, Insights, and Planning Support

  • Coordinate post-campaign reporting, ensuring delivery outcomes are clearly communicated and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Support Sales Leads with insights that inform future recommendations and repeat activity.
  • Assist in responding to media briefs by supporting the development of tailored campaign recommendations and media plans.
  • Ensure approved plans are translated accurately into bookings and campaign setups.
  • Provide support for client planning, documentation creation, and Work In Progress (WIP) management.

Experience, Education & Skills Required

  • Experience in a client-facing, campaign delivery, sales support, media operations, or administrative role within media, advertising, marketing, or a related environment.
  • Exposure to working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting sales teams or client partnerships is highly valued.
  • Experience using CRM systems, media booking tools, or campaign platforms (e.g., Monday.com or Advendio) is desirable.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience or demonstrated interest in media, advertising, or client operations will also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confidence working within structured processes and maintaining CRM and workflow discipline.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and support insight-led reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify issues early and support resolution.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across sales, operations, and support teams.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
