Based at our state-of-the-art Silverwater facility, we are seeking a dynamic, proactive Client Services – Key Accounts professional to join our team on a 6-month contract.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that acts as a vital link between sales, production, and our clients. You’ll play a key part in ensuring client campaigns run smoothly from job entry through to delivery. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop their career into Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter jobs into the system with all required details for production and invoicing
- Assist with production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service to existing and prospective clients
- Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors professionally
- Provide strong administrative support to sales representatives
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure timelines are met
- Liaise with internal print, finishing, and shipping teams
- Act as a central point of communication between clients and internal stakeholders
