The role:

We are recruiting an immediate site auditor for our REO brand due to an increased demand for efficient project management and oversight in our operations. In this contract role, it is crucial to ensure that our sites are running smoothly, adhering to safety standards, and meeting production timelines. The site surveyor will be responsible for site audits and assessments, coupled with report writing.

Site Audits and Assessments:

Conduct a thorough audit of the assigned retail stores to observe and document the followings:

  • Existing infrastructure and placement opportunities and constraints
  • Store layout
  • Store operational flow and requirements
  • Customer behaviour and flow pattern

Report Writing (using Formatize Form):

  • Provide screen placement recommendations based on the agreed placement strategy to meet the commercial objectives.
  • Document the findings and recommendations using the chosen platform

Key skills in order to be successful for this role:

• Proven experience in conducting site audits, optimizing operational workflows, and managing digital screen installations within retail or similar environments.

• Effectively organizing information, maintaining coherence throughout the report, and prioritizing key points that are important for clarity and readability.

• Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy in facts, figures, and grammar demonstrates professionalism and enhances the report's credibility.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical individuals and collaborate with team members in store.

• Effectively communicate audit findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and cross-functional teams.

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols relevant to retail environments.

• Demonstrate proficiency in product and hardware knowledge related to digital screens, including different types (LCD, LED, etc.), installation requirements, connectivity options, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to assess the condition, placement, and connectivity of screens, including power sources, mounting hardware, and connectivity to content servers or networks.

• Able to read and interpret floor plans to markup optimal placement of digital screens, data and power locations, items that require re-location and other items that will impact screen installation in the store locations.

• Current Driver’s License
