About the opportunity :

Based in our North Sydney office, we are currently seeking an experienced Digital Scheduling Coordinator to join the team. You will be joining a close nit team who provide an outstanding service and results for our clients. As a Digital Scheduling Coordinator you will be the final checkpoint in the implementation of complex advertising campaigns across our digital network.

  • Reviewing and verifying incoming booking and scheduling requests, ensuring the accuracy of data and information (material instructions, media files, asset type and location etc)
  • Manage large volumes of campaigns and utilising various internal systems to cross-reference and confirm scheduling data
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure successful campaign delivery – including liaison with internal teams and external 3rd parties
  • Build relationships and support internal stakeholders and cross functional teams
  • Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong attention to detail — you notice when something’s missing or out of order
  • Confident communicator who can liaise with teams
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Results driven and is a problem solver
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
