As a Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in one of Australia’s most elite media sales teams, working with a vibrant client base and delivering bold, creative advertising solutions seen by 95% of metro Australians every week.
Whether you’re looking to step up from a coordinator role or take on a new challenge in media sales, this role offers the perfect platform to grow your career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you’ll manage a mix of existing key clients and hunt for new opportunities across Independent Agencies. You’ll be selling Out of Home advertising across our full national network—connecting brands with audiences in high-impact locations across Australia.
What’s even better? You’ll step into a warm desk with well-established relationships already in place, giving you a strong foundation to build on from day one.
What We’re Looking For:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and media agency influencers
- Be agile and solution-focused in responding to client needs
- Upsell and cross-sell across oOh!’s portfolio to grow your accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop standout media solutions
- Drive engagement through regular contact, events, and industry networking
- Partner daily with a Campaign Executive to deliver seamless campaigns and great client results
