About the opportunity :
As a Business Manager at oOh!media, you’ll be integral to achieving our vision to raise the bar in Out-of-Home and be recognised as the most elite media sales team in Australia.
Key responsibilities and experience :
In this varied and exciting role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining key accounts as well as generating new business across Independent Agencies. You will be selling Out of Home advertising across oOh’s full network suite, providing the platform for clients to broadcast their message to 95% of metro Australians weekly.
You’ll jump into a very warm seat with an existing client base that we have long-standing relationships with. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with reputable, established clients who engage with some of the biggest brands in Australia. You’ll play to your strengths as a trusted partner, strategic seller and be confident in your ability to drive growth and revenue in your accounts.
You will:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with influencers and decision makers.
- Be agile to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts to develop new business avenues and manage the after sales process.
- Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market.
- Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients, boost our branding efforts and leverage a wide network to provide insight and influence outcomes.
- Be a great team player and work closely with a Campaign Executive on a daily basis, showing strong communication and collaboration skills, to achieve excellent results for our clients.
- Ideally, you’ll have Account Management experience in media
- Be well connected in the media industry.
- You will also:
- Be a natural hunter with proven success in developing new business as well as managing and expanding key accounts.
- Hold yourself to high standards of performance, wanting to achieve meaningful results while pursuing initiatives to successful completion and closure.
- Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach,
- Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Be motivated to meet & exceed client expectations & target revenue.
- Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
- Have exemplary communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
- Work collaboratively with external client & oOh! supporting team to uncover new opportunities and convert opportunities.
