We have 6 full-time positions available across Sydney and Newcastle:
- 1 Senior Engineer
- 3 Experienced Engineers
- 2 Junior Engineers
This is your chance to work onsite at our client locations, delivering high-impact projects in a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow and learn from industry experts.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 24x7 support, including onsite coverage from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (staggered shifts to maintain 12-hour daily presence).
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call support.
- Execute high-risk activities such as patching, upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Travel between Sydney and Newcastle as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong server support skills (Windows, Linux, Hyper-V) – monitoring, patching, HA failover, DNS, firmware management.
- Hands-on workstation support – deployment, management, and problem resolution.
- Experience with storage management – SAN arrays, switches, tape libraries, data restore activities.
- LAN network support – monitoring, basic troubleshooting, switch/port configuration, firewall and security updates.
- Knowledge of infrastructure applications – IIS, SQL, SMTP, Proxy, FTP.
- Understanding of security services – IAM, Active Directory, RSA, Certificate Authority, token/certificate management.
- Familiarity with other infrastructure components – WAN, printers, data centre facilities, miscellaneous apps.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in ICT.
- Must have full working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency).
