We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst who loves solving real customer problems and thrives in fast-moving, design-led digital teams.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to shape ideas, clarify problems, and turn customer insights into delivery-ready work.
This role suits a BA who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys visual collaboration, and is skilled at guiding teams from discovery to delivery.
What You Will Do:
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer problems before jumping to solutions
- Work closely with Designers and Product Owners using artefacts like Figma prototypes, journey maps, and service blueprints
- Run story mapping workshops to define MVP scope and delivery sequencing
- Translate insights into clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and testers to ensure requirements are clear and customer-focused
- Support Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, UAT, and releases
What You Will Bring:
- Experience as a Digital Business Analyst delivering customer-facing digital products
- Strong experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to turn design artefacts (Figma, journey maps, personas) into actionable requirements
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving problems
Nice to Have
- Experience working on large-scale digital platforms
- Exposure to modern delivery toolchains (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Figma)
- Understanding of front-end, back-end, and API impacts
