Location: Offshore (Remote) - Work Remotely from South Africa on Projects in Australia

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact, growth-focused role across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, engaging directly with senior decision-makers and driving meaningful digital transformation.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven “hunter” who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, and closing complex deals. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions, shaping technology-led solutions and delivering real business outcomes.

This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role with the autonomy to make an impact across a diverse and rapidly evolving market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Banking & Capital Markets
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline aligned to growth targets
  • Own the full sales lifecycle — from origination through to deal closure
  • Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CFO, CDO)
  • Develop strategic account plans for new and existing clients
  • Position solutions using a consultative, value-led approach
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape winning solutions
  • Drive complex, multi-service deals across cloud, applications, data, and infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years’ experience selling ICT / technology solutions into Financial Services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Banking & Capital Markets landscape
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior executives

Nice to Have

Experience with platforms such as Hogan, Murex, Finastra, Backbase, or Temenos will be highly regarded.
