About the Role
We’re looking for a driven “hunter” who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, and closing complex deals. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions, shaping technology-led solutions and delivering real business outcomes.
This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role with the autonomy to make an impact across a diverse and rapidly evolving market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Banking & Capital Markets
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline aligned to growth targets
- Own the full sales lifecycle — from origination through to deal closure
- Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CFO, CDO)
- Develop strategic account plans for new and existing clients
- Position solutions using a consultative, value-led approach
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape winning solutions
- Drive complex, multi-service deals across cloud, applications, data, and infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years’ experience selling ICT / technology solutions into Financial Services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Banking & Capital Markets landscape
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to confidently engage and influence senior executives
Nice to Have
Experience with platforms such as Hogan, Murex, Finastra, Backbase, or Temenos will be highly regarded.
