The Opportunity

Take on a pivotal role as our Receptionist and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Bring your reception experience, organisational skills, and positive attitude to become a valued member of our supportive, growing team – making a real difference every day.

Position Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Making outbound calls and answering all in-bound calls.
  • Monitoring emails as well as making inbound and outbound calls on behalf of the office
  • Coordinating deliveries, couriers and managing the mail inbox for the team
  • Playing a key role in the organisation of staff functions, meetings and company events
  • Scanning and archiving any paper records – our office is to remain paperless where possible
  • Managing the inventory of office supplies, stationery and kitchen supplies, placing orders to top up the stockpile as required
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the team

About You

  • Proficient in MS Outlook and Word
  • 1+ years of Reception experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to clients
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
