We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive client engagement, and support growth across our offices in Australia, the United States, and Ireland. This a hands‑on execution role within a founder‑led, rapidly growing organisation. It is suited to a marketer who is hungry to make an impact, humble enough to learn and adapt, and motivated by being part of a team that wins together.
You will operate close to the work — supporting strategy, rolling up your sleeves to execute, and partnering directly with senior leaders and local offices. This is not a caretaker role; it is for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and delivers.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
- Lead and personally execute marketing initiatives aligned to firm‑wide growth objectives
- Translate strategy into practical, high‑impact marketing activity
- Take ownership for outcomes and follow through on commitments
Local Area & Growth Marketing
- Lead Local Area Marketing strategies across Australia, the US, and Ireland
- Support local offices to grow visibility, engagement, and momentum in their markets
Client Communications & Marketing Automation
- Own client communication strategy in HubSpot, including email programs, newsletters, NPS surveys, and automated workflows
- Ensure communications reflect Kelly+Partners’ values and deliver real client value
Website & Digital Experience
- Own website performance and optimisation, ensuring clarity, quality, and strong conversion outcomes
- Drive SEO performance and continuous improvement
Paid Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead and actively manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Optimise performance to drive sustainable, high‑quality growth
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Shape and oversee Kelly+Partners’ social media presence across corporate and local office pages
- Ensure brand consistency, professionalism, and authenticity
Thought Leadership & Content
- Lead and contribute to thought leadership initiatives that reinforce Kelly+Partners’ authority in professional services
- Support content across blogs, podcasts, publications, and campaigns
Reporting & Improvement
- Own marketing performance reporting and insights
- Be relentless about improvement, using data to refine and elevate outcomes
About You:
You will thrive in this role if you are:

- Bringing 5+ years’ hands‑on marketing experience ideally within professional services

- Highly capable with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution
- A strong communicator who builds trust with senior stakeholders
- Self‑directed, accountable, and committed to doing what you say you will do
