About the program
The Jemena Graduate Program is designed to broaden the skills, knowledge and competencies of finance/accounting graduates across multiple disciplines over a two year period.
Throughout the program, you will gain a strong understanding of a broad range of finance disciplines including financial accounting, management accounting, project accounting, tax and audit through a structured rotation program comprising of four six month rotations over the two year period.
As part of the program you will have the opportunity to be involved in meaningful and challenging work that is aligned to Jemena’s corporate strategy and will allow you to make an impact professionally. You can expect to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas will be heard and your work will make a difference.
Your success will depend on how you apply your skills, your passion to learn and your ability to build strong working relationships. You will have plenty of support throughout the program and work with industry professionals.
Support towards a professional qualification (CPA/CA) will be provided to the successful candidate and will complement the workplace learnings.
You may be in your final year of study or have previously graduated and are looking to launch your finance career. You will be an Australian citizen or resident at the time of application and be available to commence the graduate program with a start date for February 2022 based in Melbourne.
With a degree in accounting, business or commerce you will have strong academic results and will provide these as part of your application outlining which areas you have excelled in and also what you have enjoyed the most.
As a graduate you will come with a technically inquisitive mindset where you will be supported by a tailored learning and development plan to assist in developing you as a leader and to set you up for success.
