Overview of our role

Are you passionate about driving value through smart sourcing and procurement strategies? We’re seeking a Corporate Procurement Specialist to join our collaborative and forward‑thinking team.

The Corporate Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, contract administration, supplier management, spend analysis, and procurement support across Corporate spend categories. The role is required to manage growing procurement and contract management demands, deliver procurement initiatives, maintain procurement governance and compliance, and provide dedicated support to stakeholders while driving value, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

A little about you:

You'll enjoy variety in your role, including:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, evaluations and supplier negotiations.
  • Develop and implement category management strategies informed by spend data, market insights and business needs.
  • Manage procurement and contract activities across MGSAs, MSAs, panel arrangements and Statements of Work.
  • Deliver value through cost optimisation, supplier consolidation, process improvement, demand management and innovation.
  • Manage supplier performance, governance, KPIs and ongoing relationship outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to manage compliance, governance and procurement risk.

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
  • Experience in procurement, contract management, supplier management or commercial roles.
  • Proven ability to manage procurement activities, supplier engagements and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, financial, commercial, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience developing reports, analysis and stakeholder presentations.
  • Experience in governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives; exposure to indirect and operational expenditure categories within complex, multi-site organisations will be highly regarded.
