About the program:

Our Graduate Program is designed to broaden the skills, knowledge and competencies of graduates across four structured rotations over two years. You will be supported by a tailored learning and development plan that will set you up with the knowledge you need to be successful, not only in your placements but for your future career with the Group.  

About you:

You may be in your final year of study or have previously graduated within the last three years and are looking to launch your career. You will be an Australian citizen or resident at the time of application and be available to commence the graduate program with a start date for February 2025 based in Melbourne, Victoria. Supporting our procurement function, you will be involved with anything from compliance, governance, tender review and gain an appreciation of our business at an enterprise level.

Ideally, you will have a degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Digital, Finance, Business, or Commerce, and possess strong academic results. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a propensity for asking questions, a curious mindset, the ability to see the bigger picture, transformational thinking, and the confidence to share ideas.
