About the role

This Value Stream Leadership role is critical for us. It provides people and work method mentoring to the team with a key focus of helping everyone else see the value and deliver it. The role offers the chance to build relationships with product owners and business stakeholders.

This is your opportunity to coach and mentor peers and colleagues. You get to inspire others through the journey in new ways of working.

About You

Ideally you are someone who enjoys cultivating a culture of collaboration and development, you will continually develop and nurture a high performing team with a strong ethos of continuous improvement.

You enjoy mentoring and guiding others, whilst collaboratively working alongside other team members.

You will also need to be passionate about Agile practices and principles within the value stream and highlight it to the wider Business. You will be across the usual User stories, Sprints, Stand-ups, Boards (Kanban) and Backlogs.

Other responsibilities will encompass the likes of Release content whilst balancing product owner outcomes, incident resolution. Flowing on from this you should enjoy running teams in ITIL and Agile environments to deliver mission critical services (Incidents, Change, Release and Problem management)

Therefore, solid skills in software delivery or development, business analysis or software analysis and design are highly valued. Domain knowledge of Works and Asset Management( or similar) is highly valued. We run a SAP environment.
