Discovery Parks – Rottnest Island features 83 luxury tents across multiple service levels, a resort-style pool, and Pinky’s Restaurant, offering both indoor and outdoor dining with spectacular island views.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences for guests staying at the resort. Working closely with the Head Chef and Front of House team, you’ll help ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of daily food services.

With a strong focus on guest experience, you will uphold consistent service standards while maintaining efficient kitchen operations, food safety compliance, and teamwork across the kitchen brigade.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a comparable environment
  • Formal trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and prep skills
  • HACCP knowledge and a strong commitment to food hygiene standards
  • Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
  • Current driver’s licence (desirable)
