About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be part of a friendly, guest-focused team delivering warm, efficient service across our food and beverage outlets. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, and helping create memorable moments throughout their stay.

You’ll work closely with Supervisors, Managers and fellow team members to ensure service standards are met while maintaining a positive, inclusive and respectful workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking food and beverage orders and delivering friendly, efficient service
  • Clearing tables, resetting dining areas and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism
  • Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as required
  • Working collaboratively with the wider resort team to support guest experiences

About You

  • A positive, reliable attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Willingness to learn — no prior experience required, full training provided
  • Able to work across a rotating 7-day roster
  • Pride in presentation, cleanliness and teamwork
  • A genuine interest in working respectfully on Country
