We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Resort Attendants to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Australia’s most iconic remote destinations.
The Role
As a Resort Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable and memorable stay. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and the outdoors.
Your day may include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to guests
- Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms and shared facilities
- Supporting food & beverage operations when required
- Grounds presentation and general resort upkeep
- Assisting guests with enquiries and local information
- Supporting tour and operational teams during busy periods
About You
You thrive in a remote team environment and enjoy delivering great service with a positive attitude.
You will bring:
- Previous hospitality, housekeeping or tourism experience (desirable)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Flexibility to assist across multiple departments
- Capacity to work in a remote location as part of a close-knit team
