Undara Experience

The Role

We’re on the lookout for passionate allrounders to join our dynamic team at Undara Experience and Mt Surprise!

From welcoming guests at reception to lending a hand in the kitchen, housekeeping, or food & beverage teams, you’ll be a key player in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere across all departments.

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven hospitality industry experience
  • Versatility to work across multiple departments
  • Essential: Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Flexible with hours, including weekends and short notice

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Undara or Mt Surprise. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
