El Questro
Say g’day to more of Australia and join us at El Questro, the heart of the Kimberley. Set amid the vast and ancient landscape of Western Australia’s East Kimberley, this tourism icon is one of Australia’s last true frontiers. We are proud co-custodians of this treasured site, with its deep gorges and majestic ranges, to thermal springs, mud and salt-flats, rainforests, and cascading waterfalls. Join our team and immerse in an outback experience that combines luxury and adventure to connect people to nature, networks and communities.
The Role
El Questro isn’t your average workplace. Tucked away in the heart of the Kimberley, it’s where rugged landscapes meet refined experiences — and we’re looking for Food & Beverage Attendants who can match that energy.
Whether you’re effortlessly balancing three plates, recommending a wine pairing with dinner, or shaking a cocktail that makes someone’s holiday, you’ll be part of a team that delivers high-end hospitality in one of the most unique locations in the country.
Duties
- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across multiple outlets — from the station bar to alfresco dining under the stars
- Confidently carrying three plates and managing multiple tables during busy service periods
- Recommending and serving wine, beer and cocktails (we love a flair for the finer things!)
- Setting up and packing down service areas with care and attention to detail
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across all service areas
- Creating warm, memorable guest experiences with every interaction
Skills & Experience 5 Bullet points – no more than 1 line
- A natural in restaurant service — confident, capable, and calm under pressure
- Able to carry three plates with ease (and elegance)
- Wine knowledge, cocktail skills or sommelier experience will put you ahead of the pack
- Professional, warm, and genuinely guest-focused
Benefits
- Live and work at one of WA’s most iconic remote destinations
- Subsidised accommodation and daily meals
- A front-row seat to station life and Kimberley sunsets
- Join a close-knit, high-performing hospitality team
