The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the charge at the Station's restaurant and bar for the remainder of the 2025 Season. From managing rosters and mentoring the team to making sure every meal and drink hits the mark, this role is all about creating an unforgettable guest experience.

Duties

  • Overseeing the day-to-day F&B operations across the restaurant, bar, and event spaces
  • Leading and developing a small team of front-of-house staff
  • Ensuring smooth service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Maintaining high standards in service delivery, cleanliness, and safety
  • Stock control, ordering, and working closely with the kitchen team
  • Driving guest satisfaction through warm hospitality and efficient operations

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a hospitality management role (ideally remote or resort-based)
  • A strong leader who’s not afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty
  • A passion for creating memorable customer experiences
  • Solid understanding of stock control, budgeting, and team rostering
  • RSA essential – Approved Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Divers Licence (manual preferred)

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
