The Role

As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead the housekeeping function, inspiring and developing your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead by example ensuring a positive guest experience through the provision of professionally presented facilities.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience working within an accommodation-based business in a housekeeping or cleaning capacity in a Supervisory role.
• Strong customer-centric approach to business
• High standards in relation to cleanliness, hygiene and facilities presentation
• Strong team leadership experience, with demonstrated abilities to coach others to improve performance
• Physically capable of undertaking the manual labour demands of the role. You will need to perform various manual handling tasks that require a level of physical fitness and ability. 
• Manual c class drivers license
• We are looking for someone with a capacity to lead by example in the completion of housekeeping duties and supervise a team to achieve daily outcomes. You will be able to prioritise your workload to achieve daily outcomes whilst also understanding the big picture.
