Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a high‑performing sales team? We're looking for a Customer Care Consultant – Sales Support to join our team and help us deliver on our Customer Promise.

About the Role

In this fast‑paced and customer‑focused position, you will provide critical administrative and service support to our external sales team. Your work ensures our Account Managers can spend more time with customers, building relationships and driving results.

Your day will include:

  • Managing urgent customer and sales enquiries
  • Preparing quotes, order details, and back‑order updates
  • Running sales and interaction reports
  • Sourcing non‑coded parts and liaising with suppliers for sample stock
  • Supporting sales teams across QLD, NSW, VIC & SA
  • You’ll build strong internal relationships across the business and play a key role in elevating our customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication and administration skills with a proactive, customer‑first attitude
  • Previous customer service experience (industrial or trade supply preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships
  • Solid computer skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (advantageous)
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving skills
  • A friendly, service‑driven mindset
