So many lives. So many ways. One you.

50,000 lives and counting.

That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.

As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.

It takes a special kind of person to work in this sector. Someone with real compassion and care. Could that person be you?

Ready to explore a purpose-driven role in 2026? Join us as our Planned Giving Lead, and be part of something bigger.

What you’ll do

Your work will be deeply meaningful as you guide and support individuals to leave a gift in their Will to AnglicareSA - helping them connect their legacy with life-changing programs that support South Australians in need.

You’ll build genuine relationships with donors, honour their intent and ensure their experience is personal, respectful and values-aligned.

Your ability to foster connection will be key as you lead cultivation and stewardship activities, grow the pipeline of supporters and champion best practice in estate administration.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across AnglicareSA to share powerful stories of impact and contribute to the strategy that sustains our vital work. Part-time working arrangements will also be considered for this role.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with prospective and confirmed bequestors.
  • Developing and delivering personalised engagement plans, events and communications
  • Coordinating estate administration with empathy, care and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate donor records and using data to inform fundraising decisions
  • Supporting the delivery and reporting of the Planned Giving strategy and targets

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Proven success in fundraising or relationship management roles with income generation targets
  • Experience in developing donor engagement strategies and managing sensitive conversations
  • Knowledge of Gifts in Wills programs and estate administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM systems to track and manage donor interactions

We would also love you to have:

  • Qualifications in Fundraising, Marketing, or related fields
  • A compassionate, respectful approach that aligns with AnglicareSA’s values
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to a culture of innovation and service
  • Prior experience in not-for-profit, philanthropy or mission-driven environments
