What you’ll do

As a Program Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Community for Children’s team running smoothly. While this is primarily a desk-based role, you’ll also have opportunities to connect with the community and see the impact of your work firsthand, bringing variety and purpose to your day to day.

This is a fixed-term opportunity until 31 January 2027.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

● Coordinating bookings, meetings, and community events with precision and care

● Supporting contract and procurement processes, including invoicing and data entry

● Developing newsletters, briefing notes, and promotional materials

● Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality and risk systems

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

● High-level administrative experience, ideally in a community services setting or similar environment

● A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and community wellbeing

● High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively

● Well developed communication skills and a collaborative, team focused approach

We would also love you to have:
