What you’ll do

As Change Lead, you will lead the delivery of organisational change across key projects and business initiatives.

Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you will guide people through changes to systems, processes and ways of working to support successful adoption and sustainable outcomes. You will also lead a team of Change Coordinators, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where people learn from each other and deliver high-quality change outcomes.

In addition to delivering change across projects, you will help strengthen organisational change capability and maturity by coaching leaders and project teams. You will develop practical tools, capture lessons learned and support approaches that enable effective change across programs, business initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

You’ll take a pragmatic approach to change methodologies and activities, thoughtfully adapting tools and frameworks to suit the context while ensuring people feel supported and confident navigating change.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Leading change management for enterprise projects and strategic initiatives
  • Developing practical change plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption
  • Conducting impact and readiness assessments and proactively managing change risks
  • Coaching leaders and project teams to build confidence in leading and embedding change
  • Mentoring Change Coordinators and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading organisational change across complex projects or transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills across multiple levels of an organisation
  • Experience applying structured change management methodologies and adapting them to real-world situations
  • Experience supporting project delivery across the full project lifecycle
  • Experience building organisational change maturity through practical tools, coaching or reusable approaches
  • Proven ability to coach and support teams to adopt and sustain new ways of working

We would also love you to have:

  • Prosci or similar change management certification
  • Tertiary qualifications in organisational change, management, psychology or a related discipline
  • Experience working within large or complex organisations delivering multiple concurrent change initiatives
