What You’ll Do

• Lead UX Strategy & Design: Drive user experience and interface design across digital projects, from concept to execution.
• Client Engagement: Facilitate workshops, translate business needs into user journeys, and provide strategic UX guidance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
• Mentorship & Culture: Champion user-centred design and mentor team members in UX principles and design systems.
• Design Excellence: Create wireframes, interaction models, and maintain a portfolio showcasing your UX strategy and visual design.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in wireframing, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is a plus.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to work conceptually and analytically.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in UX Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Training in information architecture, interaction design, or business analysis is advantageous.
• Commitment to continuous learning through conferences, workshops, and internal training.
