The Opportunity

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Mobile Private Network (MPN) solutions including 4G/5G RAN, Core Network and enterprise integration for customers across mining, utilities, transport, defence, and advanced manufacturing. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to stringent performance and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to operational handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with telecom, cyber-security, and enterprise IT standards.
• Run governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across RAN, Core Network (4G/5G), transport, and integration domains.
• Oversee deployment, testing, optimisation, and acceptance of MPN components.
• Manage vendors and customers delivering RAN hardware, Core Network Elements, SIM/eSIM, OSS/BSS and IPN Network elements
• Act as primary customer interface for technical and delivery matters.
• Translate customer requirements into technical deliverables and project milestones.
• Manage change requests, scope alignment, and commercial impacts.
• Ensure documentation, training, and support models are complete.
• Coordinate transition to operations, including SLAs, monitoring, and incident processes.

What you’ll bring

• Strong understanding of 4G and 5G Core RAN architecture and transport networks
• Experience with enterprise IT integration, security, and cloud/edge platforms
• Familiarity with industrial IoT, robotics, automation, and video analytics
•  5–10+ years delivering telecom or network infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional teams
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications
