Your opportunity:

As a Technical Digital Producer, you will take ownership of the CMS execution, configuration, and quality assurance of TPG Telecom’s digital experiences across websites, applications, and agent interfaces. You will partner closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that digital initiatives are delivered with strong technical integrity, operational efficiency, and customer-centric execution.

Bringing a blend of technical capability and production excellence, you will configure CMS/eCommerce systems, drive platform governance, conduct thorough testing, and support feature delivery from conception through deployment. You will champion best-practice content production, optimisation, and compliance across SEO, accessibility, and performance standards—ensuring consistent, reliable, and high-quality digital experiences

You'll make impact by:

Technical Production & Configuration

  • Configuring CMS applications to deliver content, components, templates, and operational updates.
  • Configuring systems as part of project execution, including preparing test data and supporting technical validation activities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving CMS-related content, configuration, and publishing issues.
  • Overseeing CMS implementations, updates, integrations, and governance to ensure platform stability and continuity.
  • Maintaining documentation for all technical workflows, publishing processes, QA procedures, and SOPs.
  • Creating, maintaining, and driving adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CMS workflows and governance

Project & Delivery Execution

  • Owning CMS configuration of digital initiatives & features, ensuring outputs meet technical feasibility, UX expectations, and business requirements.
  • Liaising between developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, smooth execution, and alignment.
  • Setting up, managing and monitoring project, campaign and product lifecycle activities across digital platforms.
  • Conducting functional, cross-browser, accessibility, and responsive testing.
  • Completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with engineers to raise and resolve defects.
  • Identifying risks and issues early for any assigned task or initiative

Quality Assurance & Optimisation

  • Managing the publishing QA process to ensure all digital assets meet required quality and technical standards.
  • Supporting Quality Engineers by configuring test data and providing subject matter expertise.
  • Performing site audits to support impact assessment for digital initiatives.
  • Analysing campaign and project performance, identifying iterative improvements.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues within the CMS or related platforms.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of operational procedures, tooling efficiency, and documentation standards.

Digital Experience, SEO and Governance

  • Considering SEO-friendly content production and ensuring compliance with accessibility and performance best practices.
  • Implementing CMS governance for new features, ensuring operational continuity and consistency for end users.
  • Supporting optimisation and personalisation activities across MarTech platforms (e.g., Optimizely), including test setup, QA, launch and monitoring.
  • Working closely with squads to translate technical requirements, provide production input for feature development, and champion best-practice digital solutions.

Agile & Ways of Working

  • Participating in agile rituals including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and showcases.
  • Working flexibly within a fast-paced and dynamic environment to adapt to changing business need

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience working with CMS platforms, including configuration, component management, and technical publishing workflows.
  • Strong technical understanding of CMS operations in both test and production environments.
  • Experience working closely with developers, QE, designers, and product teams on technical initiatives.
  • Strong experience in Quality Assurance, testing methodologies, and UAT.
  • Experience in troubleshooting content, configuration, or environment‑related digital issues.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (basic to intermediate).
  • Experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Experience working with optimisation/personalisation tools such as Optimizely.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, documentation, and SOP development.
  • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify optimisation opportunities that increase conversion and improve customer experience.
